The Faculty of Pre-school and Early Childhood Pedagogy conducted at the Faculty of Social Sciences, ChAT, was awarded the Employers’ Laurel certificate in 2023 in the eighth edition of the All-Poland Competition and Programme for the Accreditation of Studies “Studies with a Future”.
In the Commission’s opinion, the course meets the statutory criteria of the Competition – it provides students with state-of-the-art knowledge, allows them to acquire appropriately defined valuable professional skills and social competences, and the learning outcomes achieved by graduates are in line with the concept and objectives of education, as well as correspond to the profile of studies and the graduate profile defined by the University. It should be emphasised that the studies evaluated in the course of the Competition are oriented to the needs of the socio-economic environment, with which the University is permanently connected, as well as to the expectations of the labour market, which is an important point of reference for the Unit’s quality policy.
The study programme contains innovative, novel elements, based on original didactic concepts. The selection of curricular content is in line with the learning outcomes planned for the course and takes into account the current state of scientific knowledge and social practice.
