The Faculty Board
The competences of the Faculty Board of Social Sciences are defined by the statute of the ChAT in Warsaw. According to art. 47 par. 1 of the Statute of ChAT the Faculty Board is an authority in accordance with art. 28 par. 4 of the Legal Act with competence to confer scientific degrees of doctor and habilitated doctor in a discipline or disciplines indicated in the Senate resolution.
